A large property on a sprawling acreage, this project presented some unique challenges. Heavily shaded areas required careful plant selection to achieve the Hamptons feel that the clients were seeking and a large north-facing slope was mass planted using ground covers to minimise erosion and water run-off. A sunken fire-pit provides year-round entertaining options and bluestone paving under a steel arbor forms an inviting entrance to this grand property.
